1. Yokohama Avid Touring S All-Season Tire
I love roaming around and going on long drives. So, this all-season touring tire is one of my favorites for that cause. Besides ensuring great traction in both wet and dry road conditions, it allows you to enjoy a stable and quiet ride.
To keep it quiet on the road, twin rail stability rid minimizes the pattern noise as much as possible. It also ensures stability. With extra sipes and different tread sizes, the shoulders also absorb noise effectively.
The sidewalls come with a tapered hard rubber insert which absorbs vibrations and bumps to reduce noise. These stiff sidewalls along with strong tread blocks allow you to handle it easily.
I’ve found that its tread design ensures an increased number of biting edges and more water channels compared to several other tires. Thus it ensures great traction on wet roads. The tri-plex tread compound also ensures better traction as well as longer tread life.
My overall performance with this tire was really good. It supported me for a long time in various driving conditions. On my tours, I could depend on it without any hesitation. I think this is something that delivers a huge value for the money you spend on it.

2. Yokohama Geolandar AT G015 all_Season Radial Tire
For off-roading, this is one of my favorite tires. It comes with the ability to support you equally both on-road and off-road. To me, the best feature about this is that it is an all-season all-terrain tire. So, you’ll be getting support from it all over the year.
For ensuring all-season traction, it is made with an enduro compound that ensures grip on wet and icy roads. The compound also ensures durability. Specially designed circumferential grooves and edge tech grooves ensure more traction and better protection against hydroplaning.
To be more stable on off-roads, it comes with enduro core construction that focuses on added durability for off-road applications. The multi-pitch tread variation allows it to stay quiet on both types of roads.
The flat and wide tread design keeps it stable and strong for handling uneven pressure, especially on off roads.
With GEOLANDER, I’ve had a great experience. Off-roading is not my cup of tea actually, but I enjoy it sometimes. With this tire installed on my SUV, it is more enjoyable. This tire allowed me to go as I can. I haven’t tested it on snow yet, but I guess it would be good on that too.
